TODAY'S WORKOUT: Tamilee Webb's Tighter Assets - Cardio Blast

I've chosen Sundays as my official weigh-in day. I weighed myself after I worked out yesterday. Last week's weight loss: 1 pound. Not a huge amount, but I'm more than thrilled to see a drop of any amount rather than the same stupid numbers showing up again or, worse yet, a gain. This brings me to 5 lbs lost in three weeks. I'm getting close to the last 20 lbs to go, which are the hardest to lose. If I can continue to lose 1-1.5 per week, I'll be there in no time!
