I started to work out today, but had to quit less than half of the way through. I've had a dull throbbing headache most of the day and it got exponentially worse once I started jumping around. Fearing it could be the beginnings of a migraine (the ibuprofen I took earlier has done nothing, which is a big warning sign), I figured I'd better play it safe and stop.
