TODAY'S WORKOUT: 10 Minute Solution - Carb Burner (Programs 4,5,1)

I did the remaining two programs and repeated the first one today. Interval Burn is boot camp-inspired exercises including some mat work. I couldn't do all of the exercises because my core isn't strong enough yet and I'm still carrying a lot of extra weight in my legs, which makes them very berry difficult. It was a good workout though and I will keep at it until I can do all of it. Program 5, Metabolism Booster, on the other hand, was awful. I was excited to see it uses weights, but the movements were so rapid and the postures so sloppy, I think it was very dangerous in parts. I understand that she only has 10 minutes to get through the entire routine, but that's not an excuse to sacrifice good form and safety. I'll stick with Tamilee Webb for my weight training from now on.

Yesterday was weigh-in day. Last week's weight loss: zero, zip, nada. Sigh. At least it wasn't a gain.
