TODAY'S WORKOUT: Tamilee Webb's Tighter Assets - Weight Loss

Last week's weight loss: 1 pound. With a previous gain and a no change week, this puts me right back to where I was three weeks ago. To say I'm frustrated with this whole plateauing thing would be a major understatement. I know I'm not going to lose twenty pounds in a single week or anything crazy like that, but it would be really nice if I could break through this barrier finally.

On a brighter note, I've been working out frequently and for long enough now that I'm starting to notice a real difference. My stamina is much higher and I've noticed a definite increase in my strength. The ab workouts aren't kicking my butt quite as bad as they used to and I'm now using three pound weights for all of my workouts. I'm no Arnold Schwarzenegger, by any means, but it's a vast improvement compared to where I was a couple months ago.
