TODAY'S WORKOUT: Crunch - CardioSculpt & The Best of Crunch Step - Fat Blaster

Weigh-in day today. Last week's weight loss: 0 lbs. Not happy, but totally not surprised either. I'm grateful it wasn't a gain considering I ate an entire pizza by myself on Thursday. Guh.
