I didn't do a workout today (I haven't all week - ugh!), but I did work outside in the yard for four hours and moved a small mountain of dirt. That's got to count for something, right? Today was weigh-in day. This week's weight loss: 0 lbs. Again. I've really got to re-focus, get better about sticking to my meal plan and work out more often. This is the third week in a row with no loss. I could have dropped a few pounds over those three weeks if I hadn't cheated so much and eaten so much garbage. Sigh.
