TODAY'S WORKOUT: Gilad Janklowicz's Arms of Steel

I did an upper body workout with Mr Moo today. It was 45 minutes of sheer misery, but we got through it all. I wasn't doing all that bad until the end when we had to do what seemed like 8 million push-ups. That's when my arms decided they had had enough. We'll both be hurting tomorrow, I'm sure.

My knee isn't doing too bad today. It's still sore and a bit stiff, which is why we did a strictly upper body workout today, but it doesn't hurt anything like it did yesterday. I will probably avoid doing any kind of step or other lower body work until at least Monday, maybe even Tuesday. The last thing I want to do is push myself too hard and damage it even worse.

Today was weigh-in day. This week's weight loss: 2 lbs. I finally broke through my plateau. Yay! Plateau-ing stinks, but you just have to keep at it. It may take several weeks (mine lasted a month), but your weight will start to come down again eventually. The trick is to not get so frustrated that you give up. You have to stick with your program. I have now officially lost 45 lbs. Almost there.
