I've had several inquiries so I thought I'd post an update. Zoe's transfer yesterday went as well as can be expected. Fortunately, her ashes were sealed in a plastic bag inside the box they sent her home in. We put bag and all into the urn so there was no pouring involved. It still broke my heart to see the tiny bag of ashes though and know that was all that was left of my precious Zoe. We miss her very much.
