Because of my annual winter doldrums, my illness and Zoe's death, I've managed to spiral completely out of control regarding my eating habits and workouts. Since the beginning of the year, I've put back on almost 20 of the 53 pounds I lost last year. I've been watching it steadily creep back up, but because I was doing so through the haze of depression, I just didn't care. I decided this weekend that enough is enough. I need to get back in control. I'm starting back on my food plan and working out again. It's not going to be easy as I still have a lot of grief and other issues I need to work through, but I'm going to do the best I can. Here's to a fresh start.

TODAY'S WORKOUT: Cathe Friedrich's Basic Step & Stability Ball Abdominal Workout

Wow. It's been a while. Workout totally kicked my ass and it's the most basic beginner one I have. Sad.
