He woke up several times during the night, but Mr Moo ended up sleeping roughly 12 hours last night. Keeping him awake all day yesterday was difficult, but, in the end, it was worth it. He's still tired today, but the worst part is over and he should be totally re-adjusted to this time zone within another day or so now. There is method to my madness, although you'll never get him to admit it.
