For my birthday last year, my aunt sent me one of these cute microwave mini-cake kits.

I finally got around to making it over the weekend. Isn't it cute?

It didn't fare very well being shaken out of the cooking container (thus all the crumbs and broken bits), but it still tasted okay. Happy Birthday plus four months to me!
