He does! Well, a few empty ones anyway. Once there is poop in them, they're too big to put inside the pack so lucky Momma gets to pack those out. Joy.

GORDO:
Oscar is so little, after six seconds, you can't see him anymore! I will do my best to make a longer and better quality video in the future just for you and the Academy.

time for a little modification. Perhaps an extra pocket velcroed on!?

KELLY:
We tried a clip, but he's so little even the weight of a poop is enough to throw him off balance. We're almost always close to a trash can when he poops so it's not that big of an issue really.
