I'd pick kite if it means standing on the ground and flying one. If it means attaching myself to one and going airborne, umm, skip that one. I'd probably go with hot air balloon since that's the only one that entails having something solid beneath my feet. I'm terrified of heights, in case you couldn't guess.

skydiving. i have always been intriques by that even though i am scared of heights!

I'd rather do just about anything than hurl myself out of a perfectly good and functioning aircraft!

Lay in bed close my eyes and use my imagination that I've done all five. No risk involved.
