I would leave my job and say goodbye to my collegues, then go away somewhere with my parents and have lots of photos taken. |

I'd certainly do some speed traveling and see some of the things on "the list", like the pyramids and the Great Wall of China. Other than that, I don't think I'd care what I did as long as I got to spend as much time as possible with Mr Moo and the kitties.
