I can't really think of anything besides the time I overdosed on asthma medicine and had to get to the hospital while there was a blizzard going on outside. A neighbor took me in his 4-wheel drive car. We got stopped by the police half way there because a state of emergency had been declared and it was illegal to be on the road. They called for an ambulance, which picked me up and took me the rest of the way. It too forever and a day to get to the ER. I thought I was going to die before we got there.
