Build my own empire. I'm one who believes if you want something done right, you should do it yourself.

This is very true. I get really aggravated by the apathy of others - something I see on a frequent basis in my job. My Dad told me from a very early age that you get nothing for free in this life and the only way you will achieve anything is by hard work and looking after number one. I admit it's not always easy and there are distractions around every corner, but I would much rather build and control my own empire.
