Depends on what the conflict is and where it's taking place. If it's online, I tend to avoid it. I don't have the energy or time to get involved with drama where no one can hear each other's tone of voice or see body language, especially when the majority of communication is non-verbal. In real life, however, I tend to deal with conflict head-on. I don't like leaving things unresolved. It's too stressful.
