I'm not 100% sure what we'd be doing (probably hiking and Geocaching), but I know it would include spending the day with Mr Moo and the animals with no work or stress looming over our heads. Being snowed in somewhere with a roaring fire and lots of hot chocolate wouldn't hurt either.
