I wander the streets and randomly kill people. :-)
Seriously, this happens to me WAY too often. I usually toss and turn for a bit and, once I realize there is absolutely no hope of me getting to sleep, I get up and try to do something productive. Problem with that is that I'm usually too tired to do anything productive so I end up playing FreeCell for a few hours until I finally feel sleepy.
