I don't remember exactly when it was (a few years now at least). It was a weekday and Mr Moo took the day off from work. We packed a lunch and went to Washington Park. I do remember that we had tuna sammiches. Yummay! After we ate, we visited the Portland International Rose Test Garden and the Japanese Garden, which is located across the street from the roses.
