Fortunately, we're on the national Do Not Call list so we don't get many calls anymore. When I do get one, I try to be as polite as possible. Yes, they're annoying as heck, but that's no reason to be rude. They're still people, who are trying to earn a living just like you and me. If they repeatedly ignore my requests to disconnect the call, I apologize and hang up.
